The Weekly -March 24th-30th
This Past Week…
The Sermon on the Mount is perhaps the best-known and most-beloved sermon ever preached. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus shows Himself to be the promised King as He announces the kingdom of God and demonstrates its power. In this 9 week series, we will see how this sermon equips us to live a kingdom life in a fallen world.
Application Questions:
When have I caught myself judging others more harshly than I judge myself? How can I remind myself to look inward and address my own flaws before pointing out others'?
What does replacing judgment with love look like in my daily life?
In what ways can I practice seeing others with compassion and love, recognizing my own brokenness?
Am I hesitant to ask God for help? Why might that be?

1 John.
Starting April 7th.
Do you ever feel as if the passing of time and the worries of the world have eaten away at the confidence you first had as a new Christian? Do you ever doubt that you have eternal life? If you do, you're not alone.
The readers of 1 John experienced this same doubt. They had heard the gospel of Jesus and believed he was the Christ, the Son of God; but, like us, they lived in a world that ate away at their confidence. In their case, it was worldly desires and false teachers that threatened their faith. What is it that's eating away at yours?
John's readers wanted assurance, so he writes to remind them of what Jesus' death and resurrection have achieved, who they are as a result, and why they need not fear. Our prayer is that you find the same certainty after studying this letter, written ‚ "that you may know that you have eternal life" (1 John 5:13).

CHANGING GEARS: A 4-WEEK SERIES FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT ON JESUS' MINISTRY
Clank! Beep! Clunk! Kids love robots, especially ones that can transform into something new or have really cool abilities. In this four-week series from Jesus’ ministry on earth, you’ll introduce kids to a different story each week that shows us how God’s truths never change, but Jesus changes everything — including us! We’ll see that we change when we know who God is, our past doesn’t change God’s love for us, and that Jesus changes how we see things because Jesus can change anything!
