Mission Women
Our hope in meeting monthly is to equip and encourage women to live lives of wholeness, walking in the way of Jesus. Women are created to live whole lives in community under Jesus’ rule and blessing.
Wholly Courageous - Mission Women are stepping out of our fear comfort zones to embrace the power, love and self-discipline that God equips us with in the Spirit. (2 Tim 1:7) We encourage this in each other by having authentic, vulnerable conversations around the table, encouraging each other to live empowered in the Spirit!
Wholly Free - Mission Women are living lives of true freedom that only Christ provides, lives without fear of condemnation, not bound by the chains of sin or rule-bound mentality (Romans 8:1-2, Galatians 5:1, John 8:36). We encourage this in each other by challenging each other to bring things that lie that darkness into the light. We are kind and honest.
Wholly Confident in our Identity - Mission Women know who we are! We are created, loved, and valued by God, His workmanship. (Romans 8: 37-39, Ephesians 2:10) We encourage this in each other by studying God’s word, reminding each other of what God says to us and about us and constantly pointing to how the Gospel of Jesus Christ defines our identity.
Mission Women meet every month on the third Saturday.
